Cauliflower is marinated in yogurt,chickpea flour and a blend of Indian Spices.It can be served with a green chutney and sliced onions.

1 medium cauliflower(cut into bite size florets)
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp store bought tandoori masala
1tsp shredded ginger
1tsp chopped green chilies(optional)
2 tbsp cilantro(optional) for garnish
2 tbsp chickpea flour
salt to taste
- In a bowl add all the ingredients ,mix well and allow it to marinate for 20 mins.
- Preheat the oven to 425(F) and on a baking tray lay a foil,spray oil ,place the florets and allow them to bake until they turn golden brown.
- Make sure you turn them on both sides half way through the baking to get even color.
- Serve hot with a green chutney or eat as is with a slices of onion& lemon wedge.
