It is a quick and healthy recipe made using rice flour,Oats flour, Peanuts, Sesame seeds and spices mixed together to form a dough and made into a pancake.

1 cup Rice flour
3/4 cup Oats flour
(dry roast rolled oats for few minutes on a low flame allow it to cool and use a food processor to make into to a fine powder)
1 medium onion finely chopped
3 Green chilies paste or finely chopped(optional)
3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp. Roasted peanuts
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds(optional)
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp of Oil
Water as needed
1)In a medium bowl,combine all the ingredients mix well then add water make a soft dough.Divide the dough into 4 to 5 equal parts and set aside.
2)Heat a non stick pan with few drops of oil and spread evenly all over the pan.
3)Make small holes all over the pancake and add few drop of oil in between the holes and cover it with a lid ,cook on low flame until the edge gets golden brown color.
Flip the other side and cook as needed.
4)serve hot with tomato ketchup or eat as is.
