Paneer pizza a quick way to put together a healthy dinner with homemade sauce and unlimited toppings.

Makes 8 pieces
Pizza topping ingredients:
1 Thick or thin whole wheat or multigrain pizza crust(Store bought)
1 Green bell pepper diced
1 Red pepper diced
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup paneer(Indian Cottage cheese) diced
1/2 cup diced pineapple(optional)
partly skimmed mozzarella cheese as needed
For Pizza Sauce:
1cup chopped tomatoes
1 medium onion diced
3-4 roasted cashews
1tbsp Shahi Paneer masala
1tsp oil
salt to taste
Procedure for Pizza sauce:
1)Heat a pan on a medium flam and add all the ingredient and saute for 3-4mins.
2)Once the mixture is cool transfer them into a food processor and make it into a fine paste set aside.
For Pizza:
1)Preheat oven at 420 degree(F).
2)Apply pizza sauce generously to the crust and add all the toppings, cheese and place it in the oven for 8-10mins or until the cheese melts.
3)Take it out from the oven and cut it into 8 pieces. Allow it to cool down and enjoy yummy pizza.
Notes:
-Be creative and add any number of topping.
-If you don’t like Paneer you can substitute with mushrooms.
-Also you can marinate all the topping in yogurt with spices for 20-25mins and roast them in a pan for few minutes. This will give extra flavor to the toppings.
