Okra fry is a crispy side dish that goes well with rice, roti or snack as is.
750gms Fresh Okra (Rinse, chop head, tail and cut into small pieces and set a side)
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Red chili powder to taste
1tsp Cumin seeds
2tbsp Chickpea flour
1tsp turmeric powder
1)Heat a pan over medium heat add oil, cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter. Add Okra, turmeric, salt mix well and cover.
2)Fry for 10-15mins or until they are done.Stirring occasionally so they don’t get burnt.
3)Finally add red chili powder, chickpea flour mix well and fry for couple of minutes and serve hot.
