Vegetable fried rice

Vegetable fried rice is healthy, flavorful for quick dinners  and can be easily prepared with left over rice along with different types of vegetables cooked in vinegar and soy sauce.

cook time:15mins

2 cups cooked rice(white or brown or cooked Quinoa)
1 and half  cup finely chopped vegetables(broccoli, French beans, green beans, bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, tofu)
2tsp sesame seed oil

For Seasoning:
1tsp Red chili flakes
1tsp organic soy sauce
1tsp rice vinegar
1/2tsp grated ginger(optional)
1/2tsp brown sugar
salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

-Mix everything in a bowl and set aside.

For garnish
finely chopped scallions(green onion)
finely chopped cilantro

1)Heat a wok on a high heat and add oil, vegetables cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
2)Add cooked rice ,seasoning and mix everything together for 1 min.
3)Finally switch off the stove and garnish with finely chopped scallions and cilantro.
4)Serve hot and enjoy.
