Chegodilu(Ring Muruku) is a popular traditional savory crispy snack from Andhra Pradesh. It is made from rice flour, split moong dal and seasoned with Indian spices .It is very tasty ,easy to make and consumed as a tea time snack. Special thanks and recipe credits to my mother in law.

-Take 1 small ball of the dough and roll with your arm to make a ring and seal the edges. Follow the process for rest of the dough balls.
-Prepare a pan for frying the rings and once they turn golden in color then transfer to a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
-Store it in a airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
-Make sure the oil is hot enough for frying otherwise they will end absorbing more oil.
-Adding oil to boiling water helps rice flour not to form lumps.
