2 Corn cobs(Boiled cobs,kernels removed and set aside)
1 tsp butter
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp finely chopped cilantro for garnish
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
cilantro for garnish
1)Heat a pan with tsp of butter and add the boiled kernels,all the seasonings.Mix well.
switch off the flame and serve hot.
