Pani puri is a round puffed ball filled with potato mixture and served with sweet chutney & tangy water.It is popular street snack food in India.Usually the puri’s are fried in oil.I am using Air fryer with a drop of oil to air fry 15-20 puri’s. It’s guilt free healthy snack.

2 medium boiled potato
1/4 cup boiled chickpeas
1 small onion finely chopped
2 Green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp Chaat masala
salt to taste
-In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients set a side.
Step 2-For puri’s (puffed puri) :
15-20 dry pani puri
a drop of oil
-Using a brush dab a drop of oil to the pani puri and arrange them onto the try without overlapping with each other.
-Insert the air fryer to 400 F and fry for 2 mins.
-Continue the process for rest of the puri’s. Set aside.
Step 3 -For pani (spicy water):
1tbsp pani puri masala
-In a bowl add 4 cups of water with tbsp of pani puri masala. Mix well and set aside.
Procedure to assemble pani puri:
1)Take each puri at step (2) and gently press with a spoon or hand to make a hole.
2)Stuff a small amount of masala from step (1) and fill it with water that we prepared at step 3 and eat immediately.
3)Follow the same process for rest of the puri’s.
