Sorghum flour cupcakes

Sorghum flour(Jowar atta) is a gluten free flour and can be combined with mashed bananas and sweetened with coconut palm sugar along with some orange zest. A healthy cup cakes with fewer ingredients.

Prep time:-8mins
cook time-20 to 24mins
Makes 6-8

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup Sorghum flour(Jowar atta)-Sift and set aside
1/2 tsp baking soda|
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup coconut palm sugar or regular sugar
2 tbsp Chopped walnuts( for garnish)
pinch of salt
-In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.

Wet ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (mashed and set aside)
1 tbsp Orange zest
1/4 cup coconut oil(Melt in a  microwave for a minute) or oil of your choice
-In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients together.

1)Preheat oven to 350 F and in a large mixing bowl combine all the dry  and wet ingredients together.


2)Line the cupcake pan with cupcake liner and Pour the batter into it.


3)Bake for 20-24 mins .Insert the toothpick to check if it all done.once it comes out clear.Allow them to cool and enjoy.
