A healthy delicious quick and easy stove top oil free granola and prepared from gluten free rolled oats, nuts and seeds.Sprinkle this crunchy granola on top of some Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt or smoothie bowl.A great addition for a busy week days breakfast.
Cook time -15mins
1 and 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats or regular rolled oats
1/4 cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds
1tsp hemp hearts
2tbsp Goji berries
3tbsp chopped walnuts
pinch of Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
1tsp chia seeds
1tsp flax seeds
3tbsp pure maple syrup(more if you like it sweeter)
-Heat a large nonstick pan on a medium pan and dry roast oats until its slightly golden.
-Remove and set aside.Now dry roast rest of ingredients except maple syrup for 5mins on a low flame.
-Then add roasted oats back and mix with other ingredients in the pan.
-Add maple syrup and coat the oats mixture evenly. Fry for couple of minutes until the moisture is evaporated.
-Remove the mixture onto the plate and spread evenly allow the mixture to cool completely.
-Transfer granola into a airtight container and enjoy it with your breakfast.
-You can also add brown rice crisps, quinoa, coconut flakes, buckwheat grouts, chocolate chips etc..,
