Broccoli is a healthy,easy and tasty recipe .It is a spicy vegetable filling stuffed into a rolled whole wheat dough and served with a pickle or yogurt.What a great way to incorporate broccoli into our diet when it tastes yummy. It is ideal to consume for breakfast or dinner.

3/4 Cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup bajra flour
Salt as needed
water for kneading the dough
Butter/Oil/Ghee(clarified butter) for applying it to the flat bread
1 Cup Grated broccoli(i used stalk as well)
1/2 cup grated paneer or tofu
1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
pinch of turmeric
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp onion seeds
1 tsp Ground flax seed powder
salt to taste
1.In a large bowl mix together whole wheat flour,salt and add water slowly to form a dough and knead well.Divide the dough into 5-6 equal portions and set aside.
2 Heat a pan on a medium flame and add grated broccoli,green chili fry for 3-5 mins on a low flame.
3.Add the seasoning dry mango powder,ground flax seed powder,onion seeds,salt,grated paneer .
4.Combine everything together.Remove from the stove transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool.
5.Take a portion of the dough and flatten it with you hand add a spoonful of the filling and seal the dough.
5.Dust the surface with flour and place the dough roll into a 6 inch diameter disc.Heat a non stick pan and place the flat bread cook both sides by smearing it with ghee or butter or oil.Serve hot with pickle or curry or yogurt.
-It is easy to use a food processor or a blender(give it one to two pulse) to grate broccoli.
-You can use Tofu instead of paneer.
