Plums are nutritious fruit rich in antioxidants and fiber. This chutney is sweet,tangy,spicy ,fragrant and delicious.Serve this chutney with fritters or crackers or chips or spread it on bread.

4-5 Red plums(Rinse in cold water,pat dry and chop into small pieces.Remove the seed.)
1 tsp roasted fennel seed powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup of Jagerry or coconut palm sugar
1 tsp red chili flakes
-Heat a saucepan on a medium flame add all the ingredient and allow it cook until plum are soft and mushy.Stirring occasionally.
-Turn off the flame and allow the chutney to cool.Transfer it in a small mason jar and store in refrigerator.Use when needed.
