Vegetarian Hakka noodles are easy and quick to prepare with lots of stir fried vegetables and boiled noodles. Seasoned with pepper, soy sauce and chili sauce. Perfect for a snack or a main course.
2 cups boiled noodles(I am using this brand. follow the instructions for boiling)
2 cups of vegetables(shredded cabbage, thinly sliced bell pepper, carrot, green beans, green onions, baby corn, mushrooms, bean sprouts etc..,)
salt to taste
1-2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. Maggie hot and chili sauce or Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp. finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp. Sesame seed oil
-Heat a large wok once it is hot enough add oil and vegetables stir fry for few minutes on high heat and add all the seasoning along with the noodles.
-Mix and toss until noodles are coated well with sauces and vegetables.
-Turn off the flame and transfer to the serving plates.
-You can eat as is or serve it with the following manchuria
-Slice vegetables as thin as possible that will speed up the process for cooking.
-Add pinch of salt and oil when boiling noodles as it will stop from sticking.
