Flaxseed powder

Flaxseed powder is prepared using combination of seeds dry roast along with dry red chilies.Serve it as a side for rice , quinoa or sprinkle this super seed powder on steamed vegetables or add to soups.


1 cup flaxseed 
4-5 tbsp sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp sunflower seeds
2-3tbsp pumpkin seeds 
5-6 dry red chilies 
4-5 cloves of garlic


-Dry roast all the seeds on a medium low flame for about 6-7 min.

-Allow them to cool completely and grind it along with garlic cloves into a fine powder.

-Store it into an airtight container.


-Make it in small batches.

-Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

-If you don’t have all the seeds you can only use sesame seeds.
