Cashew yogurt chutney perfect side for Indian breakfast recipes like Idli, Dosa, Upma,Vada etc..,You can also use this a dip for your raw vegetables.
It is simple and a tasty chutney prepared using roasted cashews, roasted chana along with some spices and herbs.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Roasted chana
1/4 cup Roasted cashews
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3-4 green chilies
1/4 cup cilantro or coriander leaves
few drops of water
salt to taste
For seasoning:
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
pinch of hing
Procedure:
-Blend all the ingredients together into smooth paste. Mix well adjust the consistency of chutney by adding water. Transfer the contents into a serving bowl.
-Heat a pan on medium-low flame add all the seasoning ingredients and allow them to splutter. Turn off the stove and the seasoning to the chutney.
-Serve this chutney with your favorite Indian breakfast.
