Cauliflower bread sticks low carb alternative for regular bread stick. You can this same recipe for the pizza crust as well.Guilt free snack and a healthy alternative.

1 cauliflower head
1 organic egg
2-3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/4 cup partly skim tex mex cheese
salt and pepper to taste
5-6 tbsp cheese
-Roughly chop the florets and wash thoroughly pat dry.
-Place the florets into the food processor and blend it into fine to medium coarse texture.
-In a microwave safe bowl add the cauliflower mixture and cook for 5mins.
-Use a cheese cloth squeeze out all the moisture from the cauliflower.Set a side.
-Then add rest of the ingredients mix well to form a dough.Divide it into two equal parts.
-Preheat oven to 400(F).In a baking place the parchment paper and spread one part of the cauliflower dough into a thin rectangle and place it into the oven.
-Bake for 30 mins checking on it occasionally.Add 5-6 tbsp of cheese and bake for few mins until the cheese melts.
-Cut the cauliflower bread into equal pieces and serve it with some marinara sauce or pesto.
