Bread Pakora

It is prepared dipping bread in chickpea batter and frying it until golden brown.The batter is seasoning with ajwain,salt, chili powder.Serve it as snack with some tomato ketchup and Masala tea.

Ingredient for batter:
1/2 cup Chickpea flour
pinch of baking soda
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp Ajwain
water as needed

*8 bread slices-Each slice cut into 8 pieces.
Oil for frying

-In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.Set a side.
-Batter should not be thick or thin.Consistency of batter is the key.
-Heat oil and once it is hot enough.Bread the bread piece in the batter and fry until golden brown.
-Follow the process for rest of the bread pieces.Serve hot with ketchup and tea.
