Besan Ladoo

Besan ladoo easy to make perfect Indian sweet for festivals.It is made using chickpea flour,ghee, sugar seasoned with cardamom.It is flavorful,aromatic and melts in your mouth. Perfect sweet for Diwali.

Prep time:10mins
cook time:20-25mins

1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
few pistachio’s for garnish

Procedure: –
Place heavy bottomed vessel on medium low flame with ghee add besan and roast until it is light brown and aromatic.
-Remove from the stove top allow the mixture to slightly cool down and then add sugar,cardamom powder.
-Grease your palm with few drops of ghee and make into small round balls. -Granish on top with some pistachios or cashews.

Notes: -Always roast chickpea flour in low flame otherwise it will burn and the ladoo won’t taste good.
