Tofu flat bread

Sprouted Tofu flat bread prepared using scrambled tofu and mixed with some multigrain flour,freshly chopped spinach,green chilies,salt and mixed together to form a dough.Roll out it into a flatbread and serve hot with some plain yogurt.
Perfect Protein,nutritious,fiber rich meal for anytime of the day.

Prep time:10 mins
cook time: 10 mins

Ingredients:
2 cups multigrain flour
1 block of sprouted tofu-Scramble it with your hand and set aside.
1 cup spinach finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped green chilies
salt to taste
water as needed

Procedure:
-Preheat a skillet add tofu,spinach and green chilies. Saute for 5 mins until moisture is evaporated.Allow the mixture to cool.
-In a large mixing bowl add tofu mixture,flour,water and mix well together to form a dough.Add few drops of oil to coat the dough to make it smooth and set aside.
-Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 15 mins.
-Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll out into a flat bread.
-Heat a pan on medium heat once hot enough place the rolled out flat bread and cook on both sides evenly.
-Repeat the process for rest of the dough.
-Remove from pan spread some butter or ghee and serve warm roti with yogurt.
